Forte Blocks for Gutenberg
Introducing a custom set of blocks for WordPress
The future of WordPress and the block editor is very exciting. As a way to learn my way around, I’m building a set of custom blocks. If you would like to try them out you can download them from Github.
The Flow Columns block allows you to create a group of blocks that will automatically flow from one column to the next. You can set it to display two to six columns. The minimum column width setting will make sure that the columns never get too skinny to make them hard to read.
One interesting use for this block is to insert a list block into it, giving you a quick way to display your list in columns.
The flow columns block supports wide, full, and center alignment.
If there are any features you would like to see you can submit a feature request below, or on Github.
The next block to be added will be a block that allows you to add a semantically correct ordered list that has fancy numbers.
